Ernest J. George & Company was established in 1926, to provide a professional stocktaking service to the pharmacy profession. Throughout our history we have provided a friendly, honest and above all, accurate service, not only to pharmacies, but also hospitals and doctors surgeries. We have many established clients who have been with us for more than twenty years, as well as many newer ones, who have employed our services following recommendations from our existing clients.
In 1971 the Ernest J George and Co Manchester office split from offices in London, Birmingham, Leeds and Glasgow who went on to become George Orridge , now Orridge & Co. This gave Ernest J George the opportunity to explore new areas where we could offer our specialist service with greater freedom and use our knowledge of the industry to greater effect whilst still covering both England Scotland and Wales.
We also act, as Business Transfer Agents to the pharmacy profession and our reputation in this field is second to none. Whether you wish to acquire new pharmacies or dispose of any which have become superfluous to requirements, we have the knowledge and experience to ensure that all your requirements are satisfied.
